The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is a great way to get the most out of your business
As a trained facilitator, I will guide the group through a series of exercises that encourage creativity, collaboration, and communication.
Through the power of play, all participants will share their ideas, thoughts, and feelings in a safe and supportive environment.
With the help of a custom-built workshop, you will learn how to break your habitual way of thinking in order achieve new insights and unlock knowledge. You can also improve team dynamics by learning communication skills that are crucial when working toward a goal with others.
What it can be used for:
- Team culture and development
- Real-time strategy
- Innovation
- Change management
- Design
- Research
- and much more
What is the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method?
It's a method that captures the group's collective thinking. Everyone is given a voice in this democratic meeting. This method breaks the habits of typical meetings where people are not engaged.
We use the bricks as a tool to express subconscious thoughts expressed in a 3D construction. Using storytelling and metaphors is far more powerful to engage everyone in the room with conversations.
Having something tangible can make the process of meetings or workshops run more effectively. You can test out, improve and share ideas together. It unleashes a power within in ways that most people find fun and connected.
It uses touch, hearing, and sight to help each other communicate more effectively. You don't need to be a fancy LEGO® brick builder.
How long do workshops last?
This all depends on the size of the group and the type of workshops being held. Typically, these are:
Taster sessions are between 30- 60 mins
Half-day sessions 2-4 hours
Full-day sessions & Two-day sessions
The workshops all start with learning the core basic skills, and then each workshop is tailored to the needs of the client.
What are the benefits?
Not only is this workshop a blast, but it's also an incredibly effective way to build on the collective intelligence of everyone in the room,
- Deep, honest discussions.
- Builds empathy by understanding people's thoughts.
- Allows everyone to have a voice.
- Better communication through sharing.
- Unlocking hidden potential insights.
- Increased team commitment.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
You will be amazed at what your team is capable of with the power of play.
What does a workshop look like?
They are unique, built specifically for your objectives, but you are guaranteed there will be lots of LEGO® bricks.
- Dynamic, fun, and creative.
- Everyone leans in and builds a model.
- There are no observers as everyone takes part.
- The facilitator will pose a question and you build, share and reflect.
- Everyone starts by learning the core skills of this method.
