A bank holiday weekend used to catch up on months of blogging, post reviews and reflect on the journey so far. Sometimes the best work happens when you finally make time to look back.

Retrospective week. Looking back at the IAF conference, debriefing with the core volunteers, A Sheffield College dragon's den style pitch, and a quiet week of getting back into the usual rhythm.

The week after a big event is always a strange one. The adrenaline drops, the to-do list disappears, and you have to find your feet again. I found time for the ND community in Skool, and preparing for the zombie apocalypse.

A solo adventure to London, an inclusive facilitation exchange, a haircut and a coaching call. A week that asks how often we override what our bodies are telling us they need.

So many early mornings and lots of admin squeezed around volunteer work. A week that ticked something off the fun board and asks whether you keep a list of small joyful things to look forward to.

A week rich with connections. People, memories and the places in between. Sketching in waiting rooms, delivering a heartfelt letter and navigating London with AI as a co-pilot.
